A release of road money will still have to wait for the budget to pass or an election to count as more than talk. It will put more of the buggs in the ear of investors who will want to be a part of this still maybe project. The nice part is that it does not matter who wins or loses because all involved want it to happen. Some want it slow and some want it fast but they all want to do it. Noront WILL be ready...others won't. I am ready... some still need to buy...from me...at my price.
