Sounds to me that they are asserting in advance that the 2 FNs are aligned in support of benefits to be derived from infrastructure; that they agree with their land being used and; most importantly they do not represent a hurdle to the announcement to be made by the province on Thursday. We have alignment, we have lift off in zero minus 48 hours.
