I believe, although I may be incorrect, that in order for a stock to move to the Toronto exchange it must trade at over a dollar per share for an extended period of time. No matter how optimistic I might be about KWG's future, I can't see it going anywhere near a dollar per share considering that it has fairly close to a billion shares outstanding, fully diluted.

KWG certainly might see some significant SP appreciation in the coming months or years, but I'd bet that it would be taken out well before a dollar if events came together to acknowledge some certainty in its potential enterprise value.
