I think everyone is waiting for the caggage patch queen ( wasn't Toronto known as cabbage town) to finally come to her senses and make a decision..... either drive Ontario further in debt or try to make Ontario a have province again!!!...IT'S A NO BRAINER (with her that's an oxymoron)

In my opinion that is the UGLIEST cabbage patch doll ever made

The ROF has been bandied about for the past 6 month,for studies, and commitees, groups etc.. by now it should be a necessary study for the Cub Scouts,Boy Scouts,Brownies and Girl Guides as they will be adults when the ROF becomes a reality.
