The ground is looking a little shakey this morning. Could someone please give us all a look at Noront's trading depth with a Level II snap shot. This downward progression is not worrisome, but rather interesting, since we appear to making progress from a recent media perspective. I am just puzzled as to why we are moving downward, instead of keeping above a .40 sp. Any thoughts, beside impending EA results or upcoming election anticipation.
