Your post says "...that noront is storing fuel drums brought in this year on ice roads. This is not 100% confirmed but through grape vine. Any one with other guesses or info?"

I could not find the link, but fuel storage was mentioned in an article describing the 4th visit of Vic Fedeli with the new CEO of NOT...Something along the line "while CLF people were moving out of the Esker Camp, NOT people were busy stock-piling fuel for next year mine building?" But, don't quote me on this.
