They have also said thier budget will contain infrastructure money for the ring.

That would be welcome.

My guess is that there's a 95% chance that the budget would include support for either road or rail into the ring. I guess it's possible that "infrastructure money" could be limited to power lines or something like that, but not likely.

Now the question is ... road or rail? I'd say that if there actually is money to spur transportation infrastructure, 100% chance of road, and 30% chance of also some sort of support for rail in the longer term. Looking good for Noront.

Any guesses on a budget release date?
