Yes, Prime Minister Harper was beeing interviewed at PDAC today. At 2:35 PM he did make the statement that the Federal Gov't would be spending infrastructure $ in many provinces and in the case of Ontario, the amount of dollars designated for the Ring of Fire would be determined by the amount requested by the Ontario Gov't.

I don't have the link but it can be found on the BNN site, and it did happen at 2:35PM or maybe it was 2:25 now that I think back about it.
