That upon hearing more (news ? ) that the ROF isn`t going anywhere for at least five,probably much longer,years,someone manages to manipulate one stock up to a much better SP for a few days,dump it,then scurry away as they let the SP begin it`s decline back to where it was.

Great for any of us peons that got out with our shirt a few days ago(whew!)and want back in at a much lower price,(such as today,and still lower to come)but still the FACTS of how this is done would be fascinating to hear.
