Later today the Sudbury Chamber of Commerce will hold a panel discussion on the potential in the Ring of Fire mineral region (starting at 4pm at Dynamic Earth, by invitation only). It will include top company officials from Cliffs Natural Resources and Noront Resources, as well as a representative from a First Nations mining group. Former politician Bob Rae is also working on behalf of First Nations groups seeking to be involved in the Ring of Fire. Morning North's Markus Schwabe spoke with him about where he thinks things are at.
