So... I doubt that a halt would happen and more than likely any material anouncement about access would be after hours. I am of the thinking that due to political reasons, there would be much fanfare from all the forms of governments who would want the spotlight. Press would be invited and dignataries positioned. The signel would have to be some small signing with a press release after hours that starts the big ball rolling before the main photo opertunities. Keep an eye on the new matawa site.
