M5 ----this is something when you've been hanging around Not as long as some of us have----averaging down-----speculating where the bottom is -----buying a few more here and there----hopefully the turning point has been reached and if there is a suitor in the wings we get well north of Bio steel's share purchase price for our shares.

Buy and hold historically has beaten out buy and sell---Long on Not and goodluck to newbees as well.
