What gets me is that the studies and the getting it right idea will all come down to what we know already. Build the all season road into Webequie area that is needed. After the road, the mining exploration will begin again due to lowered costs, Noront can start construction of an exploration ramp and mine, then the rail can be figured out by the time it will be needed. Its what is right and what is needed. The road is needed and the rail is needed. Get on with it. Start feeding the fluffing talkers with balony sandwiches like I have to eat and maybe they will stop the endless meetings. This is how it should be done and I can see it without years of study.
