as a FYI .... I have used Deloitte project build and management planning services in the past and I have full confidence they can pull together a plan , with clear timelines/deliverables that meets all needs. A facilitator with no direct loyalty to any parties interests is exactly whats needed in my view. cheering NOT on .........
