I'll speculate this has something to do with the 7 week EA comment period ending:

As a stakeholder/shareholder I do not have any objection to the way Noront has conducted itself throughout this entire consultation process. They have done more than the government in listening to the needs of the FN. I think they have given Noront plenty of feedback before the EA was even submitted.

Now let's get the paperwork over to the Minister of the Environment!

Or it may be news on the ROF "Development" corporation which Gravelle anounced back a few weeks ago.
