Baosteel maybe, I would be very surprised if they pulled the trigger. I still maintain that they only want to secure a source of supply.

My bet is on X2 or Vale to help (49% ownership?) Noront, KWG, Bold, native groups perhaps etc to form a conglomerate of the Ring.

Together they would have the clout of Cliffs when it comes to negotiations with both governments.
