They will quietly chuckle at the governments ineptitudes but not say much. If I understand a bit of Chinese culture.

No I do not think that they are here to pick up the pieces, I still think that they are after the metals being secured for their market and are not interested in being owners or operators.

In essence, I think they will deal with whom ever, and from their perspective the sooner the better.
