WHY? Because the people who live there in this provincial north want to be a Nation within a Nation which makes it to difficult to do anything. How can Canada as a whole make headway when it is basicly blockaded from having any control. The entire area of FN land claimed to be unjoined to Canada may as well be given back to them and the Treaty withdrawn along with the support that they say they don't get and Canada will open up a new area that has few who try and claim ancestral rights. Even when we all have ancestors here in what we thought was "ONE NATION TOGETHER"
