Agreed, why reverse the decision? At least KWG is trying to figure out a way to build a railroad which would eventually benefit all companies in the area. And while things could change, KWG appears to be taking the high road (pardon the pun) in supporting arrangements that do not appear to be completely selfish, whereas it appeared that Cliffs was likely going to attempt to take a monopolistic approach and shut everyone else out.
Also, KWG has a much better history than Cliffs when it comes to working with FN's. And that, I think, is very important. I want to make some money off these stocks, but I also want to see significant benefits for the indigenous people living in northern Ontario.
