They will spend 50 million now and five years later they will still have to spend 400. It is only a means of transfering a problem to the next government.

More important to us in the Ring:

This plant only will produce small amounts of additional power for peak periods for Thunder Bay. It is inadequate to add the needed power for the Ring.
