Not must imo, correct assumptions are following:
Vermeer = "if the sp goes up in spite of only small volume, it means there are
few people willing to sell. That's positive, I think."
TinMan = "we should not expect high volume, but rather low volume with an ever
increasing price tag."
Best indicators of high price is rising price with no offers to sell. In addition rising bids that do not get filled/met.
We will get volume when Bids meet Asks and a tug of war results.
The cause of our rise is not replacing shares sold earlier for tax reasons as argued earlier, nor does so called TA tell the story, but due to the EA and impending announcements regarding funding and infrastructure.
