Here I sit waiting again. So what am I waiting for? SP appreciation and anouncements that will make that happen. Oh but do I have to wait for the anouncement of a permit news or government giving money for a road? Is it financing from Noront on how the EN and their share of road cost is paid for? Well it is all of these, and probaly a few more, BUT, I doubt that I will have to wait for the release to the public as those who are involved in the planning will be "in the know" far before any news release happens. Those who know, like us who are probably far ahead of most, have all the confidence in the world that what I have seen before and am waiting for again, will happen, and happen soon. When is soon? Well its a lot closer now than it was 3 years ago so I expect that we are definitly past the half-way and more than likely closer to the start of official construction in 1 year using ice road 2014.
