Edgy, I think you should review the link that I pointed out yesterday. There is a period of many weeks of review and solicitation of feedback from defined and potential stakeholders.
I believe that the EA which will become visible tomorrow on the Noront website is the "final" version, insofar as there can be any sort of final version at this stage in the process. However, the process as outlined by the provincial guidelines means that additional feedback will be considered and potentially rolled into the document.
I know that this all sounds very vague at the moment, but I think that people will be pleasantly surprised tomorrow upon reviewing the document. I believe that shareholders will say, "this is great, we're ready to move on." FN's will say, "let's take some time to sit back and think about what has been accomplished so far." Other stakeholders will be all over the spectrum.
Essentially, what will be visible tomorrow is the mine development document as it stands today. Very much like a generic strategic business plan that any small business submits to a bank when applying for a loan or line of credit. The document is "as final as possible" when you give it to the bank, but of course, as time passes, information becomes outdated and updated, and the overall "plan" becomes closer to what will actually take place as a mine is built.
Make sense?
I feel that there's going to be some really interesting information for us to look at when this goes online.
