Strato, hope you're doing good! I agree with your post and especially this part:

This is pretty much fact, except for one thing. Although I agree that all three partners (NOT, RCF and BAO) would make the most money if NOT stays as NOT, where I see a potential problem is one alone stands to make more money individually if NOT doesn't stay NOT, ya know? Ie: RCF makes more money owning it all as opposed to sharing it. Will greed rear it's ugly head? Let's hope you're right.
