Message: Buyout and current trading

There seems to be a ton of buyout talk lately. This is because of the obvious anon seller over the past few months, and now the options being granted at .17 cents, in, what appears to be a protective move against an unexpected offer.

We took a poll about a month ago of agoracoms retail holdings, I believe the number was around 18 million. I stand by my assumptions that retail likely holds double this or more. These numbers are only significant if they are collective. The problem has and always will be the huge disconnect between retail themselves. Just over the past few days we have buyout predictions between $1 and $50 a share.............

The idea of banding together for the purpose of essentially being one institution is a great one.....in theory. The issue will of course be who/s would make the final call for a "mass retail decision" considering the obvious differences of opinions throughout the group? It would likely be a thankless job for that person/s because of this......ie: can't please everyone. The job of any BOD is to create maximum shareholder value. Some believe our BOD isn't doing this, while others think they are. This in itself makes for a near impossible collective retail vote.

I can tell you one thing, if an offer does come in soon, it isn't going to be for $5 a share + that some would like it to be. It isn't even logical to think. As others have pointed out, the market doesn't give a damn what any individuals average cost is. Majority rules and as such, anyone with the means to do so, should try and align their average purchases with our MAJORITY shareholders, RCF and BAO ($.80ish and $.60ish cents respectively). This is likely the only "sure" way to protect yourself if in fact a lowball offer does come in.

It's pretty clear to everyone that shares at these prices are a gift, so all one can do is buy if they think there is value in doing so. To preach that someone should come in and buy noront for 100 times the current SP and not be buying shares themselves is kind of absurd to be honest. The unfortunate thing about the markets is always the same, timing. Some will win and some will lose, it's a fact. The longer noront survives the higher the buyout will be. I am very optimistic about our future after talking with Mr.Coutts. Him telling me he would never even consider a financing at these levels is a clear sign that he believes or knows where the SP will be going. There are games being played here now and in the past, as I keep saying, all you can do is buy the bargains. With the EA coming, nickel prices to rise in the new year, infrastructure announcements close, tfsa refill approaching and the fact that we're so beaten up, it's clear to me that our SP will be going up. Not to mention that we have recently taken out the 20ema and now the 50ema. If you can buy, now is likely the best opportunity to do so IMHO. Good luck all.
