Absolutely! EA will be a good step forward, but it will trigger the FN complaints, negos, goverment blah-blah...etc... Not much SP increase there. Infras announcement will also be a huge step, but this will show up the long and winding road ahead (and the financing and the diluting and again the FN and government...). The only way IMO to get a spike in the SP - and it has to be done before a takeover bid - is to drill and hit. GLTA
