Technically speaking the hold of .18 cents yesterday was bullish as it took the 20ema out. Next is the 50ema at .21 cents. A break above .21 and hold over the next few sessions would look great from a TA point of view. It is good that it retraced and filled the gap from this morning as well. Noront is a tough one to trade technically though. For me it's just not worth it, as i'm here for the "big score". Good luck all.
