On Nov.22 Sum was saying a price of 18 cents in 'Rought times for NOT'.

"I thought NOT would go down to .18 or so and here we are."

That was not a prediction but statement of fact then.

And he probably is absent because some here did not like his so called 'negativity' re sp.
