why buy at 16 if you can get them for 15 ?

What you mention is a mere coincidence I think.

Question to those who can view the information: is it always some anonymus who throws these packages of shares at us -- and is the buyer usually anonymous as well? (I think this has usually been discussed wrt the sellers)...
