Harper is hoping that the next election will be called soon(2014-15)in ontario---the lib,s defeated----PC,S in and annouce infrastructure for ROF--It,s all about timing for ontario and Fed elections----jobs jobs jobs---for the north---it might take another 6 months--JMO
