That never occured to me but I like it. But not idefinitely But until a transportation route is announced and guaranteed to be funded.
The sp would probably go to 10 cents but it would allow me to buy more for less.

OUCH, on the other hand it would allow shorters to cover at lower price!
I do not think it is just Cliffs getting rid of NOT shares.
So I take that back, shorters do not deserve a break.
