This brings up a question that I have always had.

Why doesn't Cliffs or anyone else for that matter, who use large amounts of power create their own or make a deal with a FNs community to finance or back a dedicated low cost generation plan? This would be off the Ontario grid and produce unhindered power without an inflated cost. It would not have to be a diesel generation plant but a mixture of water with backup natural gas. I don't think there are any laws against anyone producing their own power?
