here is my 2nd response letter after i wrote them yet again. you would think i had fallen off a turnip truck that i had the audacity to write another concern.
i did edit 1 thing.
just watch the daily trading to see how public it is.

Per our previous email communication, IIROC routinely monitors and reviews all instances of unusual trading activity. Moreover, that any investigation procedure is a confidential matter unless it becomes a matter of public record.
