But things may move fast in this market. Noront had its year's high and low within less than 3 month span... RoF and Noront/KWG are in the news about every day. It may just take an announcement or 2 regarding infras or a merger or takeover rumour of some kind and people could rush to the shares like fruit flies on a honey spot! GLTA.
