I do agree with BigD here. There are so many variables that can't be accounted for in his performance milestones. And if they have been addressed, they'll never be publicly disclosed. . Ie: what happens if we get bought out for $2.30 tomorrow? Will Coutts get all of his shares? What if we partner with cliffs or another major? Important point is that our CEOs goals finally align with common shareholders.
