Djje:- I don't believe "what if's" per BigD70's post or effect of external "out of Coutts control " issues such as buyouts, and proximity discoveries such as a FNC find are contemplated in a normal employment agreement. As I stated, the bonus not sp 50 cents/ year was a "minimum" bonus level trigger. A higher annual sp achievement doesn't get Coutts more performance bonus shares for a higher NOT share price. AND, it's 50 cents per year with an annual sp reset to establish the next years bonus qualification threshold. In any case positive external events which are positive to not' sp are all very positive for not shareholders. IMO. Peter
