I don't understand where the negativity is, Peter. In fact, I think there should be more of this, and all executives of exploration companies should be renumerated this way, rather than a salary.

If Couts is successful, and reaches all of his benchmarks, he will receive shares that will be worth 4.5 mill at that time. In th eprocess, he will increase the value of present shareholders holdings by almost half a billion dollars. I'll take it any day.
