Pete Your post re Rievely email causes me to report another component of my conversation with Mr Coutts at the AGM which I did not reveal because I felt the information was negative at the time. Maybe not so negative if your ACB is < $1.00. I asked Couts exactly the same question about the milestone sp targets at each of the four milestone performance payments. Since Allan told me, and did not request me to keep it private, here's what he said, .... after a thinking mans pause:- On top of the current price, each performance milestone will be paid if the sp is up at least 50 cents per share per performance year. ((This would produce a sp of apprx $2.30 at the 4yr anniversary of Coutts presidency)) The key words are "at least". While the existence of the performance bonus is a big plus, .... I felt the $2.30/4 year sp number was a downer, and therefore I didn't post this. It's a useful backgrounder given your Gerg R. Email response. Peter
