Fossil....at .10 we're looking at about 4,000,000 shares for one quarterly interest payment and at .01 we could be giving up 40,000,000 shares for each interest payment.

This would also allow for a huge increase of available stock for stock options....maybe management will do us a big favor then and pay themselves in shares, rather than cash.

What is to stop this from getting to .10 or .01 for that matter.

One thing is for certain....somebody wants this stock price down...more...and there is nothing you or me can do about it.

Another thing....a sad thing actually... that is for certain....this managment team can't/won't do anything about it as well.
