I agree. Cliffs plan was not going to happen quick enough anyway. Noronts and KWG chromite is good enough to be mined soon and via the underground. Rail can be done as it gets done and as FNs get trained for a larger chromite mine later as market share developes. Maybe Baosteel will be a little more aggressive now.
