Bang on. You did leave out the use of barges to cross some rivers. Ever see the ferries at Needles, BC and Fort Langley in the past. Also many other locations throughout Canada. Very large trucks are shuttled all the seasons long except a few times between freeze up and thaw. Noront does not need a great road system, just an adequate one. Noront is a go with or without Cliffs.
