I would not want to try to get permitting for a mill and concentrator in the ROF.
This ONE vast body of water!
Tailings disposal is nightmare and don't tell me it can be sent back down as backfill.
The liquid volume is too great and recycling water has its problems and costs.
And the slimes can't be used so must be disposed of.
Environmentalists would have a feast!
Better to send both Ni and Cr ore by rail to a site that can handle tailings.
OR : Ni ore can go to Sudbury for processing using existing facilities.
Cr ore could be given an export exemption for a brief period while processing facilities are built.
With rail in place cash flow can begin immediately!
