Some have dismissed the theory of being "held down through Anon for cheaper buyout".

If this is not the answer what is? Who could have the fire power and want to remain anonymous? Only 2 Big Shareholders come to mind with Institutional positions large enough, RCF and BaoSteel. Motive unknown and pure speculation imo

Baosteel doing it both of them are deemed insiders and RCF is over 10% ownership

treshold so timely reporting would be required. Not quite sure how much reporting

leeway market maker(s) would have.Even the short foray to 42.5 cents resently didn't

make sense because RCF received some 250,ooo shares less than previous quarter in

interest shares.
