to whom it may concern

i have watched noront trade for several years and most recently the stock has been 'stuck' in a narrow trading pattern when anon at the end of the day knocks the price down on low volume.
to me it is obvious that walls are being put up to control the price.
today's action would just be another example in a long list of days where collusion to keep the price down, has occurred
