I've thought the same Inca, and that could easily be it. With the recent Wynne comments however, is it ever going to be a LONG 30 day wait for these poor folks:) Good luck to them.

What is nice to see though is the liquidity. These higher volume days of late are providing us with a very solid base. Better times are obviously ahead. Good luck all.
