Agree this is a game changing announcement. This is that first milestone from the gov't we expected and need. E/W yes but, reasonably it may also mean that the KWG package of proposals has traction. That corporation, why would it not be the port authority concept that would be announced by the feds same time they announce their own committment to ROF. Game change for sure. Time for alot of us to get back in to the plays. And to top all this off, Noront remains on schedule.
