Barring a miracle of epic proportions the last 800,000 of $ 0.80 options will be history by

the end of this week.Of the original 1.9 Mill. options granted to five directors 800,000

were forfeited between Apr30/13 and July31/13, with 300,000 options forfeited prior to that.

Because of that and talk to G. Rievely earlier today I am in the process of freeing some

more DINERO in order to add some Not to our pile.
