Any funding is almost never at the trading price of the day or moment. Common practice is at a recent average, say over the last month or even a quarter.

We spiked to over 40 cents recently so the 22 cents was probably purposely done to lower the average.

Be suspicious that the people behing the financing are behind the sp knock down.
