it would appear the company is moving ahead without apparent intervention by any government.

to me a march/14 hold date would indicate they have their own plan and intend to be their own catalyst with specific dates in mind. it seems they think there is good reason for the share price to rise

it would be lovely to see some decisions made by fed/prov to show the rof that everyone is on board
