have an alterior motive for wanting a road soooo badly. its got to be a control thing having financed half the cost....the way i see it nobody will be mining chromite in the ring but cliffs. an ontc rr and there will be multiple mines and cliffs will be confronted with COMPETITION in the north american chromite market.....gl....ken
